Product pages, Instagram and TikTok all reward movement, but a video shoot costs more than the photo shoot it sits next to. NotShot now turns the on-model photos you already made into short fashion reels: same model, same garment, a few seconds of natural motion.
Reels are a third mode next to e-commerce and editorial. Pick one of your NotShot pictures, choose a motion, and you get a 5-second vertical clip in 9:16, ready for Reels, TikTok or a product page. Two examples, both rendered from a single still:
You choose from a short list of preset motions picked by our art director: a slow walk toward camera, a glance away and back, a hand through the hair, a hand brushing the fabric, a hand on the hip, a soft sway.
A reel is only useful if it still shows your product. Every clip is checked for the model's face and the garment against your picture, and a clip that fails the check is not delivered. That builds on the same idea as the judge behind every NotShot render and identity-locked models.
A reel costs 6 credits per clip, on top of the picture it starts from. Compare that with a video day on set (see what catalog photography costs a DTC brand) and how NotShot credits work.
